"I cannot say enough good things about Serg at Coffee Mastery in Calgary. I have a Jura coffee machine that stopped making proper coffee pucks and basically would not push the coffee through the grounds correctly. After researching the issue, I found the part I thought it needed and ordered it from Coffee Mastery. Serg shipped the part directly to my home quickly and everything went smoothly.Unfortunately, after installing the part myself, the machine still was not working properly. I contacted Serg and explained the situation. Even though months had passed, when I finally planned a trip to Calgary, he immediately told me to bring the machine by and he would take a look at it.This morning I dropped it off at his home repair shop. Purchased a refurbished Brew Group for my Jura E6 and it works perfectly. Saved hundreds from buying a new one from Jura. Recently helped me with FaceTime call to the US to troubleshoot a problem that arose after I changed out the grinding Burrs. His knowledge and solution were spot on and enjoying great coffee once again!
